Bruford — affectionately known as Bubba — is a sweet, energetic boy who is more than ready to find the stable, loving home he deserves. Having already experienced multiple homes, this handsome Berner is looking for a forever family where he can truly settle in and blossom.

Bruford is incredibly people-oriented and bonds quickly. He loves adults, enjoys the company of other dogs, and has done well with children — though due to his enthusiasm and energy level, a home with older kids would likely be the best fit.

🐾 What Makes Bruford Special:

• Loves dog parks and plays beautifully with other dogs

• Would thrive with a confident dog companion who can act as a mentor

• Walks very nicely on leash — clearly had good early training

• Extremely food motivated and very intelligent (training should go smoothly!)

• House trained

• Unbothered by loud noises or “monster” vacuum cleaners

• Finds comfort in his dog bed — his calm, safe place

Bruford has plenty of energy and will benefit from regular exercise and a secure fenced yard where he can run and burn it off. The more activity he gets, the happier and more balanced he becomes.

He does have some anxiety at the vet, likely due to a history of ear infections. Thankfully, those issues have improved significantly with a prescription diet.

This affectionate boy bonds quickly and deeply. What he needs now is consistency, structure, and a family committed to giving him the forever home he’s been waiting for.
