Adoption Process

  • Browse our available dogs and learn about their personalities, needs, and the type of home where they’ll thrive.

  • Complete our online application to help us learn more about you, your home, and what you’re looking for in a dog.

  • Applications are carefully reviewed, and the best match is selected based on the dog’s needs and lifestyle.

  • A member of our adoption team will schedule a phone call to discuss your application and answer any questions.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with the dog’s foster to learn more about their personality, routines, and needs.

  • A brief video chat (FaceTime, Zoom, or similar) helps us get a sense of your home environment and ensures a safe setup for your new family member.

  • As part of the adoption process, we contact both personal and veterinary references to confirm a history of responsible pet care.

  • Once approved, we coordinate placement and next steps to welcome your dog home.
