Cocoa: 5.5 Years Old in St. Louis
Cocoa is the sweetest 5 year young Berner you’ll ever meet! She’s a petite little girl coming in at 70 lbs. Cocoa is such a playful puppy now that her personality is shining through. She loves her foster brothers, especially her Berner brother. We know she would thrive and love to have one in her forever home. Cocoa uses the potty outside and her personality really shines when she’s out romping around in the yard with her brothers. She loves her kennel, but it’s just there for her “safe space” as she is still pretty nervous of loud noises and likes to retreat there from time to time. She’s finally getting used to having a TV! That has been a pretty scary obstacle for this sweet girl to overcome!
Cocoa, aka Cocoa Bean or Coconut, responds to her name and loves, loves, loves, her daily walks. This girl must have a fenced yard, as she has yet to go potty on a leash! She’s still very much learning how to be a dog, but naturally knows how to cuddle and love like no other! While she’s very shy at first… she warms up very quickly and will be your very best friend with lots of paws at you for more pets and attention. A quieter home without smaller children would be best, as she doesn’t love the quick actions and noise that comes from littles! Someone who spends a lot of time at home would be best for Cocoa. By the way, she hasn’t met a cat yet, so not sure how she would do, but she’s seen them on walks and is suuuuuper curious of them! Please apply for this sweet girl if she would be a good fit for your family! She is currently located in the St. Louis area.

Emily: 4 Years Old in Tulsa, OK
Meet Emily!! She is the sweetest girl who just wants to be loved & give love! She’s not known much of it in the past, but boy she’s making up for it now! She loves pets & just being loved on! Anytime her foster momma walks in the room, she happily gets up & comes to her knowing she’s going to get some pets! She likes to play with toys but definitely needs the tuff ones as she can de-squeak the others in record time! 🏆 She also loves to play with her foster sisters (BMD & Pomeranian). Oh, did I mention she’s deaf? I didn’t initially because it doesn’t faze her one bit! It just means if we need to wake her, she wakes up the happiest girl because she’s getting pets!! 😊
Emily has come so far since she’s been in foster care & we just can’t imagine how much joy & smiles she will bring to someone’s home! She has the happiest face & loves to smile as you can see from her pics! She does great with her foster sisters as well as with cats.
Her background: Emily is a 4-year old BMD, that was obtained from a puppy mill/breeder surrender/shut down. Fortunately, she was not bred due to being deaf. With living the puppy mill life, she will need lots of reassurance & patience, which comes so easy with her. She has a few little quirks from it but I’m sure they’ll subside over time. She is not potty trained, but we are currently working on it. She does not go in a crate easily nor is a leash something she’s known to be a positive, therefore, those will need some work. With that, a fenced yard is a must. One funny note, she doesn’t seem to be a runner like many BMDs; instead she splats out on the floor like nope, I’m not moving! 😂
With that, who needs a little sunshine in their lives? Emily is available for adoption and is currently in the Tulsa, OK area. Adopting her would be so rewarding!!

Sally: 4 Years Old in Warren, Ohio
Sabrina is a 2-year-old female Bernese Mountain Dog with a bubbly and affectionate personality. She thrives on human interaction and enjoys being in the company of others. While Sabrina gets along well with other dogs, she prefers her personal space unless she initiates play. She exhibits no signs of aggression towards people or food.
Sabrina is currently working on potty training and leash-training. She occasionally feels apprehensive about getting into the car or visiting new places, such as the vet, but with patience and reassurance, she adapts well. Sabrina is spayed, fully vetted, and in excellent health, ready to bring love and joy to her forever home. She is NOT cat tested. But with a proper introduction we think she would do well!

Princess: 3 Years Old in St Louis, MO
Meet Velveeta, the gentle girl who’s all heart!
Velveeta (Formally Princess) is a shy, soft-spoken sweetheart still figuring out that the world isn’t so scary after all. While she hasn’t fully warmed up to her foster family yet, she’s shown glimpses of her incredibly sweet nature—leaning in for pets and soaking up every bit of love.
Velveeta adores the company of other dogs, and their companionship helps her feel safe. A confident canine sibling in her forever home would be a wonderful match to show her the ropes and help her bloom. She’s timid with new people and situations, but her quiet bravery shines through in the small ways she’s learning to trust
This girl is also known for her ahem “special aroma.” Let’s just say Velveeta has a natural talent for clearing a room—don’t worry, it’s all part of her charm! A little humor and some extra fresh air go a long way with this cheese queen.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will melt into your heart (and your couch), Velveeta is the perfect choice. All she needs is a patient, loving home to help her confidence blossom. Will you be the one to take her home and let her shine?
