Blue is ten months old and fully committed to living her absolute best life — at top speed, with maximum enthusiasm, and ideally with a ball in her mouth. She is sweet, joyful, and deeply affectionate, and she has approximately one speed: full send. She is house-trained and food-motivated, which gives her a great foundation for the training she still needs. Leash manners are very much a work in progress — she pulls, she zigzags, she spots something exciting and goes for it — but her heart is in exactly the right place. She just loves life and wants to see all of it, all at once. She is not trying to escape. She is trying to experience everything.
Blue is a fetch fanatic who would play until the end of time if you let her, and no pillow in the house is truly safe. She is a morning snuggler and a nighttime snuggler — just don't expect her to sit still through an entire movie. She'll hop up, love on you, disappear, come back, love on you again. It's chaotic. It's wonderful.
She can show resource guarding behavior around toys and food with other dogs, and she doesn't always read the room when a dog needs a break from play. For that reason, she would do best as the only dog — or with a very confident, very patient canine sibling whose owner knows how to manage the dynamic.
