Delilah & Lexi 6 y/o in Virginia Beach, VA
💛🐾 Meet Delilah & Lexi – Bonded Bernese Sisters 🐾💛
Delilah and Lexi are a bonded pair of 6-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog sisters looking for a forever home together. They balance each other beautifully—Delilah is the outgoing shadow who wants to be everywhere you are, while Lexi is the quiet, gentle soul who finds comfort in designated safe spots.
They’ve been through a lot but are making wonderful progress in foster care. These girls deserve a calm, patient home that can give them love, stability, and the chance to continue blossoming side by side.
✨ About Delilah
Easy-going and friendly with everyone 🥰
Gets along with other dogs and gentle with children
Extremely people-oriented—will follow you everywhere (bathroom, laundry room, even the shower!)
Doesn’t like being left alone for long periods
Loves car rides, walks, and being by your side
Enjoys playtime with other dogs and gets the zoomies (briefly)
Escape artist—can get past gates and dislikes confinement in small spaces
Counter-surfer—keep food and edible items off counters
Needs prompt poop pickup as she may occasionally show interest in stool
✨ About Lexi
Sweet, gentle girl who likes having safe, quiet zones 🌸
Never barks and generally keeps to herself but likes to stay in the same room with you
Benefits from other dogs in the home for guidance and companionship
Shows affection once she feels safe; not immediately cuddly but loyal in her own quiet way
Does not signal to go outside—needs a leash to guide her outdoors to prevent accidents
Prefers being inside with her people; frightened outdoors and only goes out to potty
Has loose stools unless fed pumpkin with meals
Not interested in playing but likes being near people indoors
Gentle with children but thrives in a quiet home
Petrified of doors—needs them kept wide open to move comfortably; may dart if startled
🏡 Ideal Home for Delilah & Lexi
Must adopt together (bonded pair)
Quiet, patient household with humans home often
Secure fencing and safe environment (Delilah is an escape artist, Lexi is door-shy)
A family that understands they’ll need time, reassurance, and gentle routines
Children are fine as long as they are respectful and calm
💖 These sisters are shadows in the best sense—they’ll follow you with love, curl up near you, and bring double the warmth to your home. Delilah will shower you with attention, while Lexi will quietly remind you that love doesn’t always need words (or barks).

Oakley 3 y/o in Leavittsburg, OH
Meet Oakley
At 3.5 years old, Oakley is learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. When he first arrived at his foster home, he was a very shy, skittish boy — but with patience and kindness, he’s beginning to bloom.
Oakley’s favorite things include hanging out with his foster mom’s dogs, sitting politely for treats, mealtime, couch cuddles, and soaking up quiet companionship. He’s fully housebroken, sleeps peacefully through the night, and while crate-trained, he doesn’t need one when left home alone — he’s the perfect gentleman.
Oakley is searching for a calm, patient home where he can continue building his trust and confidence. A quieter household, with gentle guidance and lots of love, will help this sweet boy truly shine.
If you have room in your heart and on your couch for Oakley, he’s ready to grow with you .
Could Oakley be your new best friend?

Sky 1 y/o in Sioux Falls, SD
Sweet Sky seeking Foster-to-Adopt Home
Meet Sky — a gentle, shy, 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog who just needs the right home to let her personality shine.
Sky is a classic Berner girl: a little reserved at first, but once she warms up, she’ll be your shadow. She loves car rides, calm walks, and being near her people. She’s wonderful with kids and other dogs (cats are still an unknown).
Sky does scare easily with loud noises and doesn’t like being left alone — she’s happiest with company. Because of her separation anxiety, she’d thrive in a home where someone is retired, works from home, or simply has lots of time to spend with her.
If you’re looking for a sweet, calm companion who just wants to love and be loved, Sky may be the perfect match.
