Say aloha to Maui, who’s in Park City, Utah!

This 3-year, 4-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog is 112 pounds of pure fluff, gentle energy, and endless affection. He may be extra large in size, but at heart, Maui is a mellow, snuggly, old-soul Berner who just wants to be near his people (preferably on the couch… or your feet… or wherever you are).

Maui is the kind of dog that makes you feel instantly loved. He’s well-behaved at home, doesn’t need a crate, and has no separation anxiety. Whether you’re working from home or stepping out for errands, you can trust that Maui will wait patiently for your return — and greet you with a big bear hug when you walk through the door.

He’s already mastered his basic commands — sit, stay, paw, down, and leave it — and he’s completely unfazed by thunderstorms. What a champ!

Maui also loves other dogs, enjoys his time at doggy daycare and the dog park, and is up for a good zoomie session now and then. While he’s calm most of the time, his occasional bursts of excitement (and impressive size) make him better suited for homes with older kids who can handle a little lovable chaos.
